Military Influence in Fashion: Part 1: Ancient Times


"Egyptian military attire was the simplest of the era. It consisted of a short skirt with an additional triangular leather panel in front, to protect the groin area. A wood and hardened-leather shield and a padded leather helmet provided protection for the rest of the body." [1]
